Our Session Timings

We offer daily sessions to fit into every lifestyle:

  • Morning Sessions: 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM

  • Midday Refresh: 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM

  • Evening Sessions: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Weekend Workshops: Saturdays & Sundays – Special 2-hour themed classes
